1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual may hold only one active fg77 Account at any time. fg77 employs technical and operational measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fg77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and retain any balances in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. fg77 strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS verification, accessible in Account Security Settings.

You agree to notify fg77 immediately via the support chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. fg77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your Account, or create an Account on behalf of another individual. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

fg77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, and other approved payment providers as updated from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmed receipt. fg77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC identity verification. A valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys, UMID, driver's licence, or passport) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day for standard amounts. 5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

fg77 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR compliance requirements. fg77 reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay, or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the funds are connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Any suspicious transaction may be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, VIP cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available by fg77 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where no specific terms are stated, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the fg77 platform — including live dealer casino games, RNG casino games, slot titles, and sportsbook markets — are governed by game-specific rules accessible from within each game or betting market interface. These general conditions apply across all game types:

• All bets placed and accepted by fg77 are final and binding. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed by the platform.

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age, or on behalf of any person who is under 21 years of age
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or during any interaction with fg77 support
• Operating or using more than one fg77 Account simultaneously or at any point
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity

• Colluding with other players in any game variant where collusion would constitute an unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with fair play

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and restrict access to fg77 indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property contained within the fg77 platform — including but not limited to the fg77 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, written content, and all associated trademarks — is the exclusive property of fg77 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any fg77 intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fg77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon the closure of your Account for any reason.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fg77 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the fg77 platform
• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services arising from circumstances outside fg77's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or regulatory intervention
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the fg77 platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete as a result of data feed errors or technical malfunctions
• Any indirect losses or loss of profits arising from gaming outcomes, whether the result of live dealer games, RNG games, or sportsbook settlement

Nothing in this clause limits fg77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Account Closure & Termination

You may close your fg77 Account at any time by contacting support via the live chat function. Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure is eligible for withdrawal, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

fg77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• fg77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with the Account

• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 24 months, in which case fg77 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder prior to closure

13. Amendments to These Terms

fg77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, fg77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (including corrections to typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not affect the substantive rights of Users) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the fg77 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the fg77 platform, you agree to first contact fg77 support to seek resolution through the platform's internal dispute process. fg77 aims to resolve all Account and gaming disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a written complaint submitted via the support chat.

Where an internal resolution is not achievable, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its published dispute resolution channels. Where Philippine law permits, disputes that remain unresolved following PAGCOR mediation may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
